I always start with a plate. i don't do percentages, only go by feel and do two sets of each weight, jumping accordingly to where i push myself but make sure i can get all my reps

Kade and I have been playing with high reps a lot in bench. 10x10, 9x9, 8x8, etc…. it feels nice far out from a comp.
How do you expect to run with the wolves at night if you spend all day stuntin with the puppies?
