I'm a 20 year old junior at Mizzou. Trained this past summer at Stone and Barbell Club in Kansas City, MO. Now I train at the Mizzou Rec and "Big Nasty Barbell", a local garage gym with power equipment. I compete in powerlifting, my last meet was the USPA Great Plains Regional Championship in El Dorado, KS. I weighed in at 215, squatted 501, benched 292, and pulled 556. Currently looking to bulk up to the 242s and fill out (I'm 6'1").
I'll post a few sessions, starting with last Tuesday, the 2nd:
High Bar Squat, no belt:
up to 365x10
This really left me out of breath, I haven't done any reps over 5 for legs all summer.
RDL:
2x8 at 245
Calf Raise:
3x10
Leg Press:
3x10
Nothing too heavy today, just a rep day for legs to build some size and work capacity.
