Going to be doing some more bodybuilding/mass building work for the next month or so before I transition in to Paul Carter's BBM. I'll be focusing on bringing my weight down and getting some work in on different exercises than I'm used to. The goal is to get down to 145lbs and stay there indefinitely. I might even take Jamie Lewis' advice and overshoot that a bit at first. The plan is to use Carb Back-Loading with 150g of carbs the nights before I train.

Holy quad pump Batman! I used 25lb plates and a 10lb plate to give the stiff legs some extra ROM. Had to superset the leg press and lunges due to time and holy hell was that ever a bad idea
