Friday night I did a bench/shoulder day.
Close grip bench:
80x3,3,6,4,4 (20 reps total)
Next work I'll do 3 sets @ amrap until I can hit 20 reps
Behind the neck press:
20x20, 30x15, 40x6,6,6
Lying db extension:
5x20, 6x18, 7x13, 8x8, 10x5
This week I'll probably add in some db laterals and reverse pec decks.
Tonight is deads and back work.
