Barbell curls:

20kg x 10,10,10,10,10 (10 seconds rest between sets)
Seated hammer curls:
10kg x 10,10,10,10,10 (10 seconds rest between sets)
Rope push downs:
13kg x 15,12,10 (10 seconds rest between sets)
18kg x 15,15,15,15,15
Lying kettlebell floor extensions:
5kg x 15,15,15,15,15
You'll notice for arms I never go heavy at all - even if it's lower reps. I prefer to stick to a higher rep, set and intensity range as it feels great and it flat out works. Going heavy on arms has never felt good or worked well for me. Tomorrow is a est day for me then I'll be back at it again from Saturday with a sick leg day. So far I'm feeling fkng great and I'm gonna kep working my ass off, chipping away. Peace!
