Deadlift: 700lbs (670lbs atm)
Squat: 580lbs (building up after acl surgery)
Bench: 400lbs (350lbs atm) - never been very strong at bench. Trying to sort out my technique

lifts as of right now 358/190/446
hope for by the end of the year 400/225/500
be 155-165 lean ~12%-14%bf
maybe USAPL teen raw nationals (qualified) but for sure a USAPL meet in the fall Sept-Nov.
I want to try cube and some form of conjugate.
Started IIFYM to lean out.
Since I got my total goal out of the way at RUM, my goal for the rest of the year is to become a joocy 165er and prep my total for IX. 1600+ sounds great but I have no clue what'll be feasible until I go through the process, so I won't worry about setting goals just yet.
Time to jump in this thread now that I have a plan in place...
I want to drop some body fat (currently 285 lbs, 6'0") and keep my same numbers while getting well into the 275's...
Basically fitting into my XL Old Navy bathing suits by Summer!
Then the climb begins:
Unwrapped squat over 600, wrapped in the mid-600's.
Bench over 415.
Deads in the mid-600's.
Main goals are to get down from 290 to 242 by the end of the year, and to finally put up 3 wheels on the bench. Side goals are to stay healthy and continue improving my total. I will be competing at the 100% Raw New York-Ontario Cup in two weeks, and the RPS State Championships in August.
Powerlifter, 308 class (290)
Last meet- 385/290/505, 1180 total, raw w/ wraps (RPS Heatwave, August 2014)
Next meet goals- 400/315/510, 1225 total, raw w/o wraps (100% Raw New York/Ontario Cup)
Waist 34 inches currently 39 inches
Arms 18 inches currently 17.5 inches
Bodyweight 198 currently 202
Squat 450 currently 405
Bench 350 currently 330
Deadlift 550 currently 525
Freestanding Handstand Pushup: 2 I can currently do 5 but only leaning against a doorway or with somebody supporting my legs
KB Overhead Throw: 40lbs 13.5 feet I can currently throw 20lbs 13.5 feet
Finances
Pay off all debt minus my mortgage and car note. This is about $10,000. Should be able to do it at our current salary if we stay focused on the prize. This is a powerlifting goal because once I clear out the fluff, I'll be able to travel to more meets, further away instead of my choices being limited like they are now by finances.
Regain the ability to do a split. Chest to the ground, legit split. Not a powerlifting goal I admit, I just want to be able to kick people in the head again. Just feels good knowing that while you might not do it, (violence solves nothing kids) you can shin kick the douchebag working the counter at Staples in the head without warning if you felt like it.

Update didn't compete at Military Nationals but just pulled 540x1 so I am ten lbs below my deadlift goal with most of the year still to go.
financially we have cut household spending and paid off about $1000 that we owed.

My goals:
Do a full meet again.
Stay healthy/Fix lingering issues (it seems once I do something and get it fix, something else pops up).
If the two above can be taken care of, I think hitting a total PR would be great, with a stretch goal of APF Elite in 2016 or 2017.
random goal - 405 raw bench for reps.
All in the 242 class. I suppose if I got real serious I could cut to 220, but I don't enjoy doing that, and I'm doing this because I enjoy it, so there you go. I weigh 236 right now.
And then, obviously, squat 1,000 but that isn't a 2015 goal haha.
Last meet: 539/330/623//1493 @ 220: USPA Sunflower State Games 7/15/17 (Classic Raw)
Next meet: December 2017 - USPA in KC, MO - 1540 @ 220 or 198. Kansas City ABC
Since I just started I don't have max lifts in mind. I do want to bring my weight down to 187 and I'd like to get my working sets up to 275 on the Bench, 315 on the Squat and 405 on the Deadlift. Long ways from where I am now but, 6 months is a good amount of time.
I know this is for 2015 but there is only a few months left, so heres what i want to do for the rest of the year!
Been following power lifting for a few years, and have decided to get serious about it this year!
-Get body weight down to around 240 (currently 260)
-Lock in and sign up for a meet in 2016, begin a training cycle for meet.
-grow into a consistent and strong lifter, over all better person
Hit 405 deadlift, 250 bench, and a 325 squat by december 31st.
The idea of hitting the platform excites and scares me at the same time. Really excited to hopefully do so over the next year or so.
Typed this out about 6 months ago. At this time, I'm about 3 months away from a potential meet, and I'm still standing by these numbers. That'll put me at my best total ever and I'll be at least one weight class lighter.
