Hey guys
First time on the forum. Left the sport a long time ago and moved to mma. Decided I want to come back to powerlifting as I dont like the direction mma is taking here in South Africa. In the beginning I stuck to basics like 531, then moved over to the cube. I was reading about the russians doing all 3 lifts 3 times a week. I was thinking this is the route I want to take this time round. What is this type of programming called and has anyone here had any success with it?
