Is there any benefit to working it for powerlifting, besides aesthetics?
I used to have a lot of shoulder problems. I have seen them go down dramatically in the last year after taking out a bench day from 3 a week down to 2 and exchanging it for a shoulder/pump up day. Not only is it fun, not a fatiguing training session, making my shoulders look a little more jacked, ….my shoulders have felt a lot less injuries this year.
How do you expect to run with the wolves at night if you spend all day stuntin with the puppies?
