Squatted yesterday morning. My squat routine is pretty boring. I squat for max volume and speed. 6000 lbs of volume is done in working sets.
My Bench is a little bit different. This is a 3 week mini cycle. I'll do 3 over the next 10 weeks. On day 2 of benchanting I'll do more shoulder and Dead Presses.
1. Bench Press 90 percent x 2 reps
2. CAT Bench Press rest 90 seconds 75 percent x 3 reps x 4 sets
3. Functional Isometrics at sticking point x 6 reps x 3 sets
4. Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows/Chain Fly Superset 12 reps each x 3 supers
5. Band Resisted Triceps Extension 5 sets 12 reps
6. Hammer Curls 3 sets 6 reps”
