20 flights on the sledding hill with the 40lb vest.
1-3/8 mile walk
Notes:
Tracking shows the weight bench has been delayed till Thursday. Given holiday travel and work, I'm going to back off and start back up in a few weeks.
Notes:
Can't seem to stop the weight loss. I've been eating so clean for so long that any high caloric junk doesn't agree with me. Have to add some more food and we'll start building in a few weeks.
Might need to cut out all cardio for a few weeks. Up the clean calories (possibly add fats to meals and increase protein?) and increase the volume on lifting.
If your body fat is still staying higher and you're still dropping weight, than that means you're losing muscle and possibly adding fat in it's place. Remember, 1 pound of muscle = 3 pounds of fat. I'm thinking you're body is in starvation mode and is trying to hold onto to body fat. That is why I said cut out the cardio for a while.
*I could be completely wrong but might be something to consider. Have seen it one too many times but again, may be completely wrong. That's the problem with the human body is it is constantly adapting & changing and that is what makes this process both so fun and stressful.
Adding fats in is as easy as eating half an avocado, sprinkling a tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil on your rice or putting a tablespoon of peanut butter in a shake. Little bits added in over the course of the day will add up.

I was thinking much the same thing yesterday. I was doing a lot of 3 mile walks to burn calories, I'm going to eliminate all the walking, except for the short after dinner walk with my wife. I already eliminated the weekly 6 mile run. I'm going reduce the hill to twice a week with the weighted vest, because I need that for when I get out there in the fall with a pack.
As much as anything though the lack of strength training has to be a factor too. The bench arrives tonight, so we'll get on that soon once the hand heals.
I do need to eat more though for sure. It concerns me a little that I'm just not that hungry.
Isn't it the best??? LOVE training at home. I honestly don't ever want to train at a public gym again =)
I like training at home, but hitting the gym gets you out of the house. Sometimes seeing other people train can make you realize that you’re not pushing hard enough too. You have absolute control of everything at home though. No wait time, no goofy music.

Notes:
Want to add an accessory day and get back on the hill with the weighted vest. Been busy with outdoor recreation, but I have 5 weeks here to get on it. Going to fight the temptation and will stick with the plan of adding 5lbs every 5 days to the bench.

Those are good points.
Never struggled with pushing it hard enough though =) To your point, yes I do remember being angrier in commercial/hardcore gyms due to seeing morons do stupid shit. Perfect example, Bench Pressing with a Deadlift Bar. LOL!
Buck is definitely a volume guy. The pump must be unreal when you’re done. Do you ever have cramping problems?
Interesting that volume is brought up because I've been thinking of backing off volume, when i get back to it in earnest after Thanksgiving. Thinking old school.
