I decided to skip weights today because with all the archery I didn't want to overwhelm my shoulders which have been feeling great. I'll put the weights back on this Sunday. For the run I went to the hill and did the side hill which is twice as long but not as steep. I need to get some cleats to be able to run the same hill as the Chicago Bears do. It's too steep to do with regular gym shoes. It's nice to hit the hill and run it and forgo the vest once in a while.
