Notes:
Weight finally dropped in response to a little more discipline. I've decided to stay on the cut till Labor day weekend and then that will be it for the year. At that point I just want to add a little more protein to the diet and go just a little bit heavier on the weights. Probably add Squats and Deadlifts for the winter, maybe after Thanksgiving.
