So 120lbs on the T-bar rows felt light so I went for it and got 20 and then I was kind of done LOL.

Slight strain on right knee from the deadlifts. I'm going to back off on the load here for a while and build a base.

      Notes:
This programming on the Bench seems to be going in the right direction. Wasn't quite ready for 4s at 205, but on the back down sets at 185 grabbed a lot more reps. Also this was only 4 days rest, I want to see how things look on Friday after 5 days of rest. As the day goes on the right knee is feeling better. I'm going to skip the run today and give it time to heal, hopefully I can Squat on Wed.

Right knee felt fine and I thought about going to 315 but I decided to stay at 275 and grab some reps out of an abundance of caution. 315 next time. Back and bi's later.

Weight and BF drifting lower but we have to pick it up now only have 10 weeks to go.

LOL. Buck did rep the crap out of 275. A set of 15 then 4 more sets! Solid work

      Notes:
I was planning on Squatting today because I have good momentum there and I was concerned about about testing the right knee too early. But I got a good night sleep and when I woke up the knees felt solid. Maybe sandbagged a tiny bit, but slow controlled movements. The knee is sound!!!

I'm going to try to hold on to as much load as I can and work on volume. It's all I can do now. I'm going to be on a beach in 9 weeks and I'm going to have the best body there.

      Morning weight: 185.4@19.9%

Losing weight, BUT losing muscle too. I'm ahead of schedule so the plan will be to get the fat off, that is get the BF down to the goal of 29lbs and then add a little protein to the meal plan and get the muscles to fill a bit. 2 summers ago I got the fat down to 29lbs but had to drop my weight to 172.6 to get it. What the goal is here is to get the BF down to 29lbs again but come in with 4-5 lbs more muscle. That would be a great result IMO.

      Morning weight: 186@20%

10 flights on the Sledding hill with the 40lb vest ~ 22 minutes

This does happen to me, but after 5 months on the weights I'm just not feeling it and so I need to change it up. The hill was brutal, legs were screaming, heart was pumping, mouth was dry.
