That's as much weight as I can handle on the Pulldowns, just going to try and grab reps from here. I think if I take my time and move up slowly I can get much stronger on the DB bench I just have to stay below the threshold for injury. What's crazy is that the bad shoulder feels perfect now. go figure. Really need to keep up with the stretching, which I've been better at as that helps tremendously. Yesterday's weight was 185.8 today 186.6, looks like I've stopped the bleeding. This is always a tough time of year because the weather really makes me inactive except for the workouts.
