For the cut I simply established a meal plan that I follow. Basically 2 veggies, 1 fruit, 2 starches, 3-4 protein(dependng on the source), 1 desert. I'm using 50% diluted crystal light for fluids, trying for 3 quarts daily. I have coffee with equal.

Awesome, so you have room to play with your macros once you do start to level out. It'll be a pretty awesome transformation even past where you are now if you were to drop your fruit/starches/deserts.
That's if you want to hate life for a while lol

You're right and I may have too. Hoping I don't. LOL
Notes:
No migraine today, thank God!!! Crazy to me how I fall off after the first set of abs. I think for the next 6 weeks all I'm trying to do is hold on to some strength.

Looking to this Wed to tighten everything up and get a running start going into July during which I will have largely the whole month to myself to work out and hammer out the meal plan. A unique opportunity for me which I intend to exploit.

Any chance of seeing a rough draft of this meal plan? Really excited for you. I have two weeks alone as my wife and daughter are going to see family for a bit (family business doesn't allow me that much time off....which I'm 100% OK with lol) so I'll be extremely focused on training and able to get in a lot more time in the gym for the next two weeks.
Really excited to see where you take this Buck.

Yesterday sauteed onions added chopped tomatoes, spices and added the salmon cooked covered.
So 2 pieces of salmon
2 starches
Broccoli
Chopped up fruit - berries and cantaloupe
Desert - ice cream and a cookie.
1 quart diluted crystal light
Today
Cantaloupe
broccoli
in a pan cooking spray with garlic powder 2 pieces of fish fillets, salt and pepper
2 startches
Desert - ice cream and a cookie
1 quart diluted crystal light
And yes similar circumstances create a substantial amount of alone time for me which I plan to work to my advantage.
45 minutes Elliptical with the 20 lb weighted vest.
Assisted Dips
-10lbsX15,10X4sets
W.g.row
70X24,17,14,10,13
Preacher Machine
95X11,9,7
Tricep machine
150X18
Tricep Pressdown
60X15
65X13,12
Curls
40X20
Hammer Ab Crunch
100X15,7,7,6
Calve Press
260X16,12,11,12
Notes:
Added the 20lb vest to the Elliptical which isn't much but it had gotten to the point that without some weight I wasn't getting any aerobics out of it. That should help without over stressing the spine. In addition I decided to replace the pressing with the dips for a while and so I wound up replacing the Machine tricep press with the Tricep pressdowns because the tricep machine is very much like a dip. I'm committed for sure to the cut, but it is very strange this feeling small.
Kind of ramping up going after it and so took a weight this morning and am at 181.4 so not much of a bounce back from the plateau at 180.8. We need to push through here.

I love that you have dessert, it’s seriously my favorite thing about you. Lol

I don't plan it but if I take my wife out or join her on some function I don't over indulge but I'll go along. I think I've had 3 drinks in the last month when we've gone out. We went to some friends of her's lake house and they grilled burgers and brought out a Portillo's chocolate cake out for desert, so I ate in moderation what they had, you know when in Rome. So I save it for those social requirements.
As far as the daily desert, I have found that to be a powerful ploy. It just makes the whole thing so much more tolerable. It's like a magic trick, I'm not cutting I had desert.
I actually got the basic idea from something I read that Arnold did when he was competing against Oliva. He picked up that he was cutting too hard and was flat so he added a piece of I think he said carrot cake after dinner.

I’ll go more in depth on this tomorrow but to me it sounds like you need a true refeed to shock your metabolism. Last time I did a refeed I ate about $75 worth of fast food in about 3 hours and the next day I had dropped 2.25-2.30 lbs. in a single day. It affects people differently so it’s hard to say exactly what it could do for you but constant dieting needs a break at some point to cause a reset.

Morning weight 180.6, we're going to take another run at it here. Went just a little bit heavier on the weight to see if can hold on to some muscle for the rest of the cut. The 20 lb vest and the hour on the Elliptical definitely got me a little more aerobics, definitely got the heart rate up a bit higher.
