I usually compete in the 165lb class in powerlifting or even bodybuilding. Right now I am powerlifting and currently weighing in the 170's. I would rather be in the 60's and fairly low as well. I pulled 505 on deadlift weighing 167 lbs and am pretty proud of that. Right now I currently have a coach and am on a program and as I get stronger I would much rather cut this extra weight and go back down to the 60's. I prefer being at a lower weight due to feeling stronger and my favorite weight.
Is there anything I can really do to help drop my weight? Maybe change up my diet? How many calories should I consume?
I do cardio twice a week and those are recovery days.
Cut out all the junk? More cardio?
