My journey has been underway for about 2 serious years. In this time I've been lost, gone backwards, injured, you name it. I've also made serious changes in diet and training that have helped guide me in the right direction in my never ending bodybuilding journey.
To bring everyone up to speed I just turned 23 I weight around 175lbs trying to get up to a solid 200+ at 5'10''
I graduated high school in 2008 weighing a whopping 105lbs so I've always had a small guy complex, which to me is a blessing just as much as it is a curse because it keeps me wanting more.
I'm currently a student at West Liberty University so my diet isn't very clean I get my meals and calories the best way I can.
Right now my training is a 5 day split
Moday: Back/Traps
Tuesday: Chest/Calves
Wednesday: Arms
Thursday: Delts/Traps
Friday: Legs/Calves
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest/Abs
Hopefully this journal will help me keep better track of my progress as well as open doors to new ideas and techniques of others on the Forvm.
