I am having an issue w/ my left side, when it gets heavy it seems to be lagging behind. Are db bench presses a good accessory to help cover weaknesses?
Back on track to become a beast...lots of crazy things going on. I will spill more when I find out more. I have been lifting still and hit some oly stuff, squats, bench etc but my left elbow is a little swollen so I am ogin to try and rehab it a bit for now.

35 Lb Plate Twist (Hold 45 or 35 Lbs Plate In Front Of You At Chest Level And Turn Like A Steering Wheel ) – 5 Sets Of 25 Reps Turns
Upright Row - 5 Sets Of 15, 12, 10, 8, 6
Flat Db Press – 5 Sets Of 12,10,8,8, 12
