Another jewel I picked up from Chris in this video was the whole wheat potato bread.
We eat a lot of Ezekiel in my house. And though we all like regular bread, or potato bread, I never knew there was a viable option from a general health/bodybuilding perspective.
The nutrient profile on the whole wheat potato bread is phenomenal. Now we pick up a loaf of that every week, along with the Ezekiel. It is a nice change. And far more palatable to a 2 year old. Haha.
Toasted with Kerrygold and strawberry preserves... Forget about it.
Most bash bread and it's gotten a bad rap, however my body does quite well with it! Guessing it's my direct German bloodlines, because bread and potatoes treat me the best. Need to find a German bread bakery.....there's bound to be one in Houston =)
