Evan, I tried the chicken livers. I did everything you said (olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper). Only thing is it was late so instead of firing up the grill I put them in the oven on a broil pan. Still pretty rough, but much better than beef liver. Also I think grilling them will make a huge difference so I'm gonna give that a try next time. Until then I'll keep choking down Uni-Liver haha.
Also, how many do you usually eat in a sitting?
