Its often thought in bodybuilding that a bodybuilder has a certain diet and he sticks to it. For me this is not true. Has some truth init. In the sense of that, if you find something that works, i.e. - certain food or even a training exercise, then yeah why change it? I mean, its working. Why fuck with a good thing right?
I tell you why... Heres the thing guys. In bodybuilding you got to. When it comes to the body, building muscle especially, YOUVE GOT TO KEEP YOUR BODY GUESSING. The quicker you build muscle, the quicker your body will get use to what you are doing. You are not smarter than your body. You will forever be trying to persuade your body to grow and to listen to you but it wont. It doesn't want to be eat 5,000 calories a day, or to squat 800 lbs.
Dont be afraid to adjust your diet. Your diet should change DAILY! Depending in what your doing that day. If im training. I need more energy, im taking in twice as much carbs. Im consuming 8-10,000 cals a day. Im absolutely flooding my muscles with nutrients. On those days when im not training, i drop my carbs back down to norm and obviously, i take in twice as much protein. 1,000 grms. 100grms per meal. Im hardly waisting anything cause my body us screaming out to be repaired.
Im just throwing something out there guys
