Assuming money is not a factor, what is your favorite before bed meal? Mine is 8-10 oz salmon with olives, spinach, mushrooms sauteed in EVOO. Not exactly cost efficient though so the norm for me is one of the following:
A) 6 whole eggs
B) 1-1.5 cups cottage cheese
C) 7 oz chicken breast, 2 tblspn EVOO (precontest)
