I finally broke down and bough another juicer, an Omega NC 800 HDS.
Wish I had not waited so long to upgrade to the Omega, thanks to reading the great feed back from here I knew it to be fact. This thing ripped through leafy greens like they were just a grape! Was absolutely amazed to witness the amount of juice that was able to extract from parsley and carrots and such.
I haven't been getting enough greens of late and new that a remedy was in order.
Just wanted to say a great big sincere thank you to everyone here for the non bull of advice available on all sorts of subjects fitness.
After my probiotic rebuild phase, can add fruit to the juice. (Sugar is bad, as it gives food for the bad bacteria to thrive)
Any favorite recipes you would like to share? I pretty much through the kitchen sink into this one, just added about 10-15 veggies into the mixture. Thought..oh, I want to try it before I go to bed. Blam hit me like a lightning bolt! Been up all day, with no sleep. Might as well had an espresso.
