Hello everyone,
This is the first time I have ever attempted to cut properly (bulked for a fair bit too long + now look like s***)
Height - 6 foot
Weight - 220lb
BF% - roughly around 20ish
Having decided to sort my diet out, I'm hitting 5 meals a day currently, after tracking my diet on myfitnesspal my macros are as followed:-
Protein - 250g (mainly sourced from lean ground turkey/whey isolate)
Carbs - 180g (Oats/Brown rice)
Fat - 50g (No added fat in my diet, all comes from the food I eat)
I have seen so many different articles online, Low carbs ,IIFYM, Keto, etc. So I honestly dont know where to start, whether I need more/less of any macro etc.
Any advice is greatly appreciated, Cheers :)
