I had the honor of interning the Cage last year on Saturday and Sunday. Needless to say, it was CRAZY, but I enjoyed every second of it. From getting to meet new people and seeing old faces, and working with everyone to see what goes down behind the scenes in order to keep everything running was a great experience. It was tiring and hard work but at the end of the day, I was never more excited, and have been waiting for this year's Cage the moment I left it in 2015. This is what brought me to the Arnold in the first place several years back, and this is the ONLY thing that keeps me coming back.

I'll in Columbus Thursday night to Monday morning. You can count on me for all 3 days, or whenever you need me. I am more than happy to help out in any way possible.

Is this a paid or unpaid intership? (Im assuming shifts last throughout the duration of the expo)

Paid way into the venue for the day you work, but unpaid monetarily... The experience alone is worth for more than the pay for the day would be... :)

I've been fortunate enough to intern the last two years and I loved every minute of it. The environment, the lifts, the music, and most importantly the brotherhood and connections that are shared that have established unforgettable memories. It's like our family reunion when we reconnect and I'm blessed to have been a part of it. As I've started before, animal is not just a supplement company or a brand name, it represents something deeper, that we can be apart of.

I'm unavailable Friday due to my meet, but I can help out Saturday or Sunday and depending on how I feel physically, I'll be down to lift as well.

Here are again! Another year another Arnold Classic and another Cage! I go to this every year! And I honestly can't stand the expo! I drive up and I attend and Intern for my brand! Animal is a company that has always appreciated us the litter guys trying to get into this fitness world and get to know people, make connections and learn all we can from the pros! I am dedicated to Animal always have been!Hell I drove 9 hours to Staten Island to welcome back the "OX" lol I would do whatever it took for this company. I have been an intern a couple of times now and I love giving back to a company and representing them the best way I can! I am glad to see all the same ole gang still up for this working with everyone is just fun! We all bust our ass in there selling and stocking and loading weights to fetching something we need from God knows where Haha As always I am up for all 3 days and would love to work it as much as possible the cage and all other brings to the Arnold is literally the only reason I still show up! Either way I'll see the hole family there guys!

I've been given the opportunity to work The Cage the last two years now and I would love to spend a day or two with you guys again this year. The Arnold always falls on my birthday week and I don't think anything could top getting to work/ hangout with all of the guys from Animal and Universal. I'll be there all weekend but would love to work multiple days this year instead of just Sunday but I will gladly take what I can get. Jason and the rest of the crew have taken very good care of me in the past, which is a big reason why I like to give back and help out. It's a great feeling to be a part of the cage and have all of your buddies see you working with the whole Animal team, I think that just gives everyone more motivation! Thank you for considering me as an intern and hope to see you guys down there in another month!

Cant wait to be back! I feel like its my first time again.

I was there 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013. Missed 2014 and 2015.
