For the Love of the Game

Hey everyone, name is Greg. I have finally decided to start one of these for the sole purpose of personal accountability. I have not ever logged my training before, so this is new to me.

A little bit about me...Standing at 6 feet tall, I currently weight 208-210 lbs. (and a little fat too haha). Growing up, my main sport was soccer, so being skinny and fast was always my priority, so this is by far the heaviest I have ever been. Proudly, I teach PE and Health in an elementary school, I coach soccer, basketball and baseball, and I am also a CPT. My average work day starts by leaving home at 7am and usually getting home from 6-8 pm. Therefore, I train at nights, usually around 8-9 pm.

I started training at the start of 2009 in college, after gaining more than the "Freshman 15" during my first semester. Pak was the first multi I ever used, and I still use it to this day. Since then, I have been a huge supporter of Animal/Universal products, which have been the bulk of supplements I have ever used. I do not consider myself a bodybuilder, or a powerlifter. I have not competed before and do not have any plans to in the future. I do not go to the gym for my ego, or to impress anyone. This is all for myself, used as my own personal drug/medicine. Nothing makes me feel better than putting on some good tunes, and throwing some weight around. I do this for the love of the game.

Please, if you have a comment or any form of criticism, feel free to post it! I am all ears! I will start posting tonight after training.

      Thanks guys.

      2/1/16 - Chest

Coming off a stagnant weekend in bed, I thought I had a solid workout.

Set 5: 225 (to failure) I think I got 7 without a spotter, which is pretty damn good for me haha.

      Incline Dumbell - 5 x 8-12 (Started off with 70, then 80, 90, and then two sets of 100's)
Hammer Strength Incline - 3 x 12 (went up to 3 plates on each side) superset w/ dumbbell pullovers - Roman style.
