Combined today, not sure why, just had the time and felt like doing both. Figured I go complete superset this entire workout. Have been considering changing my split and compacting things to where I can hit everything twice a week.

DB Military Press - 5x10 superset w/ Rope Extensions 5x15 superset w/ BB Curls 5x10
Side Laterals superset w/ Bent Over Raises superset w/ Front Raises 3x10...Just went back to back to back on this one.
DB Curls 5x10 superset w/ Overhead Extensions 5x10
Hammer Curls 5x10 superset w/ Pushdowns 5x10
21's - 3 sets superset with Dips to failure
Shrugs - 5x10

Killed that one, this only took about 50 min. completely smoked afterwards.
