So I've lost about 18lbs this month and these cupcakes are what have kept me sane. Honestly, we ripped this off Weight Watchers and modified it. The basic recipe is a cake mix, one 15oz can of pumpkin or 1.5 cups of apple sauce with one cup of water. This cuts all the fat out of the cupcakes. The cake mixes make 10 servings of about 170 calories depending on the mix. Usually we get 18 cupcakes, so that works out to 94 calories each. the apple sauce is 50 calories per half cup so that ends up being 8 calories each. So each cupcake is 102 calories unless you add some fruit in. All you do is mix everything and follow the cake mix directions for cupcakes. I've been having about 2 of these per day as a snack, usually post workout. There's no icing on them. If I or anyone can find a protein heavy icing recipe post it here. Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes
One spice cake mix
15oz can of pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
1 cup of water
2 scoops Vanilla whey
Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes
One Chocolate Fudge cake mix
15oz can of pumpkin
1 cup water
3 scoops chocolate Ultra Whey Pro
Blueberry Cupcakes
One vanilla cake mix
1.5 cups applesauce
1 cup water
2 scoops vanilla whey
blueberries
3 table spoons ground flaxseed

Banana Cupcakes
one banana cake mix
1.5 cups apple sauce
one cup water
banana pieces
Ground walnuts (probably 3-4 tablespoons)
Animal Banana Cream Whey (probably 2 scoops)
