Great start to the Fury Log last night... Being on a recent cut and seeing that my strength is holding pretty well, it is time to start logging again to climb on up.

Pec deck superset with machine press
3 - 4 sets of 8-10, did not pay attention to the weight here.
Wide Hammer Strength Press.

Called it here, Left elbow issues are flaring up so I decided this was enough for today.
Focus and intensity was good. I like Fury, the green apple flavor is awesome.
Training has been focused on Powerlifting at start followed by a BB routine to finish. I like the combo especially while im on carb deficit.
Used Animal juiced Aminos intra workout
Universal Creatine pre and Flex for joint support first thing in the AM.
Will slowly be adding in now as I ramp things up. Don't forget everyday is a Animal Whey day as well.
