Woke up this morning 315 and downed some preworkout. 10 mins later I was out the door heading to the gym. Warmed up n was time to hit delts. First up was neutral grip pull ups 4x8,7,5,5 and machine military press 4x13,13,11,11 (110,110,115,115). Next was standing BB military press for 4x10,9,6,5 (150,155,165,170). Next was seated DB front raises ( 4x15,15,10,10 (20,20,25,25), and smith machine shrugs 4x12,10,9,8 (275,285,285,295). Next was lying upright rows 4x13,13,10,10 (145,145,155,155) and seated DB lat raises 4x15,15,10,10 (25,30,30,30). Last was rope face pulls 4x12,12,12,10,10 (85,85,90,90)and reverse pec deck 4x15,13,12,10 (175,180,185,190). Next was ab work: chris jones oblique raises 4x20, russian twist 4x15,15,12,12 (45,45,50,50) and leg raises on the captain chair 4x20. Cardio work followed, 30 mins on the stair climber. After was breakfast which was 5 eggs and 1/2 cups of oats. Leg day on deck tomorrow.
