Woke up this morning at 310, downed some preworkout and 10 mins later, I was out the door heading to the gym. After warming up, I went to spark leg day. First up was squats for 4x6 (285,295,305,315). Next was hex bar deadlifts for 4x6,6,6,5 (360,360,370,380). Next was Power cleans for 4x5 (190,200,210,220). Next was glute ham raises 4x20 and standing cable side bends 4x15,15,12,12 (55,60,65,70). Last was leg extensions 4x10,10,10,8 (170,175,175,180) and knee pull ins... I then did a superset to get some ab work in: broomstick twist 3x15 (115) and lying leg raises 3x15 (115). Afterwards, I came home and ate a pancake, turkey bacon, and 4 eggs. Track Sprints on deck tomorrow.
