Woke up this morning at 315, downed a scoop some preworkout, and 10 mins later, I was out the door heading to the gym. After warming up, I went to spark leg day. First up was squats for 4x10,8,7,6 (280,290,290,300). Next was hex bar deadlifts for 4x7,7,6,6 (345,345,355,355). Last was a superset of lying leg curls 4x12,12,9,8 (150,150,155,155) and leg extensions 4x12,10,10,10 (165,165,170,170). I then did some HIIT conditioning for 5 rounds: kettle bell snatches x5(25,25,30,30,30); kettlebell swings x5 (35,40,45,45,45); and burpees x10. Afterwards, I came home and ate a pancake, turkey bacon, and 4 eggs. Active rest day on deck tomorrow.
