Woke up this morning at 315 and downed some pre. 15 mins later, I was out the door heading to the gym. Upon arriving, I warmed up before sparking push day. First up was incline BB bench for 4x4,4,5,5 (215,215,205,205). Next was hammer strength chest press for 4x10,9,8,7 (160,170,170,180). Last for chest was mid cable crossover 4x15,13,13,12 (55,60,60,65). Next was shoulder work. First was standing BB military for 4x5,5,3,3 (155,155,165,165). Next was seated side lateral raises for 4x10,10,6,6 (30,30,35,35). Last was rope face pull for 4x15,15,10,10 (75,80,85,85). Tricep was last. First was close grip bench for 4x6,5,5,3 (195,205,205,215). Next was bodyweight dip for 4x10,10,8,8. Last was rope pushdowns for 4x15,12,12,10 (50,55,55,60). First was 26 mins on the stair for HIIT work (1 min level 20, 1 min level 15 13 times). After was a 15 min incline walk on the treadmill. I then went home and ate 5 eggs and 1/2 cup of oats.
