When it comes to eating in bodybuilding, you've gotta keep it moving. Well, bodybuilding in general. Whether that be diet, training, cardio... You should always be moving forward, looking to do MORE!!!
Theres a simple RULE in bodybuilding... You want more muscle then you have to do more. Which means that your gonna have to eat more as in add more meals... Its gotta be done. Im talking for further growth as in keeping shit moving and not staying at the same dame weight. When it comes to diet.. You have to be continually adjusting and adding to the scales. You should always be adding, NEVER ever SUBTRACTING!
Alot of people struggle with this because they fear body fat etc but this is where the cardio comes in. People associate cardio with subtracting as in, losing weight but thats a mistake bro. Your need to do your cardio even more when your bulking in order to properly digest and process those added calories. Many people then conclude that their better of not eating as much or limiting and reducing their cardio. WRONG!
That whole method is counter productive and it will seriously hinder your growth. You should always be adding. Despite whether your bulking or cutting. You never take away. You don't lower carbs really if you wanna cut, you simply add and increase your cardio. You up the reps when you train, up the intensity, you then up the water. Never ever go backwards ! Why? What to go forwards? Lol no my friend. Just add more. Every week you should be increasing your meals, add more food. Whether that be adding to your existing meals or adding in another meal. You don't ever wanna be standing still. For what? Out of fear of putting on body fat? Just add more cardio. "Yeah but im already eating too much" or "yeah but i ain't got time to do anymore cardio"
Well you make time. If you want more MUSCLE then you've gotta DO MORE
