im a beginner in Powerlifting, my goal is to get as strong as possible raw, and be more healthy.
This is my routine with a little olympic twist. Three days a week
A: squat 5x5 bench 5x5 hang power clean 5x5 BOR 5x5
B: Deadlift 5x5 push Press 5x5 pullups 5x5 dips 5x5
But when my goal is to get strong, how many calories should i get? just want a lean and strong body like Derrick Johnson http://img.youtube.com/vi/76qARVNgjaw/0.jpg
Saw a video with Brandon Lilly saying that as a powerlifter you should get: 1 gram protein per bodypound, 1 carb per bodypound and 0.5 of fat per bodypound.
Im currently 180-183 cm and 75 kg. What should i do to achieve these goals ?
