Hello
If i eat like this:
Morning: Eggs and veggies or Oatmeal and fruit, with juice.
Lunch: Rice/Potatos Chicken/beef and veggies with oil over it.
Dinner: Rice/Potatos Chicken/beef and veggies with oil over it.
Snack: Fruit or nuts.
Will eating these clean foods help me get stronger, more healthy and be bigger like the dude running on the pic?
