Monday Squat:
Squat: 245*1, 270*1*6
Supposed to be 2 triples or 2 doubles, but nope not today. Did the first one and racked it. Did 6 singles to get the volume in.
Felt like I couldn't get tight on the first one. Then I realized my belt was loose. Wtf?? I don't weigh significantly less.. But I didn't stuff my face over the weekend like I usually do, so I think that's what fucked me up. Then I got the huge guy to help me squeeze my fat ass in the next hole of my belt and the next few singles felt much better.
Also, left hip flexor felt like dogshit. Excuses excuses, but its all good. I suck at squattin reps and I started failing reps around this % during the last meet prep when I squat PRd.. Which was the only meet I've EVER squat PRd at lol... Weighed in after: 155.2. Wtf?.. I need to be heavier to squat. Also lighter than Saturday. Fuck.
