Fellow brothers, I have been out of the game for 2 years. I have all my gym equipment set back up in the basement of my new house after being in a apartment for the last 2 years.
I'm at a crossroads I want to lose around 15 pounds but I want to pound the weights, eat big and put size back on. My question is with having 2 years off can I burn fat and put on muscle because of muscle memory? Thank you for the input.
