Word to the wise. Try to eat your food dry guys! As dry as possible, cause it will save so much unnecessary problems with body fat in the long run. Don't get your taste buds accustomed to tastes it dosent need! If your just starting out in this game as in building your core, your base then your gonna need to be able to see your individual muscle groups. Or how else are you gonna be able to successfully judge your symmetry etc if your conditions off? It will be much easy to monitor and make those finer adjustments if you can see your muscles clearly. Ideally you wanna always be able to see those muscle fibres and veins etc.
This all depends on two things. DIET and CARDIO! Diet as in DRYING out ones food. And believe me you can always make your food drier. You know what i mean! When you add that little bit of sauce etc lol just to get it down. Don't!!! Just eat that shit as you know your meant to.. Clean... Dry! "Oh but whats a few squirts of sauce gonna do man?"
A lot trust me! When your adding say 3 squirts per meal and your eating say 9 meals a day for say, 20 yrs well, your gonna end up a fat motherfucker trust me lol. Well, maybe not fat but your gonna hide those abbs thats for dame sure. Say to yourself. " I don't need it so why add it..."

Which is understandable however that food is never gonna taste better bro! Your eating dried fish ! Lol omg its never gonna be tasty. Your eating for a goal not enjoyment. I remember Phil heath saying once that,' A cheat meal for him is an extra serving of fish!' Lol he said, " But i call it Cake! It makes it more enjoyable, easier to tell myself that. Ive gotta make it fun for myself cause no i don't like eating fish and i hate the cardio but i love the way i look! I just enjoy the process of feeding my body healthy food! "
So yeah if your really a bodybuilder and your serious about building a body then DRY OUT your food guys challenge ya ;)
