Crossfit seems to be a big following behind it and I can see why. One thing I don't get is why these exercises have to be done so fast but maybe that is part of the game? I see some bad form on some of them especially the pullups. Looks like floppy fish. Yet, in Crossfit, there is alot of energy being used and there appears to be a great strength factor as well as cardio. Or am I only imagining that it is there.
In the end it casues me to wonder who is healthier and maybe even stronger at the end of the day? I am thinking Powerlifters are stronger in the main exercises but Crossfitters are stronger in the general sense and maybe healthier as well?
I am make these generalizations based around the things I am seeing in exercise.
