I've sifted through a lot of information regarding lifting for senior citizens and I've come to the conclusion that no one really has a firm grip on the concept. A lot of basic, common sense approaches but nothing with any real substance. if you really wanted to persue weight training seriously at this age there is not much in the way of explaining how to do so paying close attention to the specific needs of the aging lifter.
