      Not worth mentioning yet.

Quad day was a disaster! So until I'm capable of handling poundages worth mentioning I will refrain from posting numbers.

      Pissing in the wind...

Things are not progressing the way I would have expected. I have to take a step back and re evaluate my situation. This is most likely going to result in incorporating more cable movements and machines. I'm slowly losing the ability to perform the good old basics that have served me so well over the years. Its going to suck but Im determined.

It's ok, do what you can keep pushing forward without getting injured.

This right here. This is a sport of constant adaption. You adapt or quit. It just works that way. I have a list of injuries that keep me from doing certain things now. I work around it, do different things. Sometimes for the better. Some things I wish I could still do, but I won't sit on my ass wishing. There's more than one road to the top of the mountain. Keep climbing.

Many paths with many different road blocks... we will all make it with personal effort and support from others when needed.

It's hard to say goodbye to yesterday...

I'm aware that changes are inevitable. The older I get the more painfully obvious it becomes. It's just difficult accepting it.

That's because you're a warrior and there's still alot of fight in you. Don't accept it. It's our drive to continue on that causes us to adapt and look for work arounds. Maybe the goals you chase have to be different, but keep chasing them.

      Just Curious

Are you too old school to post pics on IG or wherever? I'd be interested to see how you're holding up!
