So im trying to put together a program for my home gym. Im training for rugby and that takes up quite some of my time right now. But im 190 at 6'2 and I want to get bigger and stronger now that im conditioned. I have my diet spot on now with my macro break down and am eating above matinence. My goals are to get strong as hell and pack on lean muscle mass, I want to weight 225 and still be lean. THis is the workout I was thinking, along the "Power bodybuilding" route.

Tricep Extentions 10x5
Weighted Situps 10x5
Day Two:
Front Squat 3x8
Lunges 6x5
Calf Raise 15x5
Planks 5 sets
Day Three:
One Arm Dumbbell Press 3x8
Lat Raises 10x5
Face Pulls 12x5
Leg Raise 10x5
Day Four:
Deadlift 3x8
Pullup 6x5
Barbell Curl 8x5
Renegade Row 10x5
I am doing sprints 3 times a week and Jumps twice a week. And I work a construction Job and will be starting ironworking apprenticeship soon. What do you guys think?
