Your back is absolutely mind blowing. Wide, thick, detailed... perfect.
I´m sure genetics play a huge role in that as muscle insertions can´t be changed.
However, could you please share a sample back training session and also how often you train back?
Thanks, man!
Whats up big dog..
thank you very much for those comments, Of course. my trainer is very big on compound movements and a lot of free weights for back
My last back workout-
Wide grip pull downs- 6 x 20,15,12,10,8,8
super-set with close grip- 6 x 20,15,12,10,8,8
low cable rows- 4 x 15 , 12, 10 , 10
single arm dumbbell rows - 150's for 3 sets of 15
barbell rows- 225 x 15, 315 x 10 , 405 x 8
I usually pick a hammer strength machine that is plate loaded always switch it up This time was the single arm row- 4 wide grip sets of 10 reps 5 plates on each arm
finish up with dead lifts- 315 x 10, 405 x 8 , 495 x 5
I hope this helped and some of you guys try it out! Roman see you in a few days brother ...!
These are all work sets in assuming and warm ups are not included? Do you take every workset to true failure or just the last worksets?
My warm up is usually whatever workout is first I will do 2 sets of 20-25 reps very light and get a good stretch. sometimes depending on how I feel I will go to failure. Every workout at one exercise is going to failure!

Today is shoulder day will post workout later
Thanks, brother.
Looks like my kind of training routine.
I´m looking forward to training with you...
3 scoops animal cho cocnut whey
2 bananas
2 tbsp almond butter
1 1/2 cup dry oats
20 oz water/ice
Do you like the cho cocnut w/ the bananas? I've recently started mixing a scoop of the choc coconut whey w/ the banana whey and it's pretty dang good.
"Ask yourself this: if everyone else is training once per week, what are you doing that's so different that you would expect to get better results than anybody else? You might have good genetics, be tough enough and disciplined enough to train hard... but so are a lot of people." - BOSS
"I think I must be overtraining"... no, you're just a pussy - Machine
Out of all of the Powerlifts, which one is your favorite that you regularly train?
I always loved lifting heavy especially when I first started training. My favorite power lift has to be dead lifts. I love training my back and seeing it get wide and thick.
I´d suggest posting training and nutrition updates like this in a separate journey thread. I´m sure a lot of guys would love to follow something like this.

Your back speaks for itself! Going to be the best back in IFBB history when you're at your peak. I don't think anyone would disagree!
