If this is what it's going to be like when I retire I think I'm gonna luv it! I've taken some vacation days this week. something I haven't really done in 15 years. All I've been doing is hitting different gyms drinking my coffee and eating. Simple pleasures for simple minded people I always say. Please Lord don't let this end just yet.
It IS nice; sometimes not knowing what day it is . . . and I don't mean legs or back. If you've got good company insurance plans; use it this or next year to get anything done or proactive preventable. If vacation days have built up; one way or another, don't lose them. Good starting points; good coffee, good food, good reps plus, whatever interests you down the road that won't break the bank.

How most of these new cookie cutter gyms are so ill equipped. You'd be hard pressed to find a standard standing calve machine in most of them. A decent one anyway. A normal lying thigh curl machine. Good dumbbells. And of course good old fashion iron plates. Ok I'm done now.
I had a really good ball busting session with the iron the other day, feeling pretty good about the way the workout went I thought I should reward myself with some sushi. I get to the Whole foods get my sushi I sit by the window just looking out at the traffic, people walking by, then ate that first piece and thought shit, life is good mother fucker, life is good! Thanks JC!

Probably about as close to 100% peace of mind as one can get. Not always easy and not common. Embrace it.

Major difference between a hard session that somehow just SUCKS and a hard session that feels F'king GOOD. Miss having a training partner who made me work and SUFFER; especially through a seemingly never will end hellacious drop set.
