I remember reading somewhere that you shouldn't be able to work the same muscle group more than once a week if you're working them hard enough. After that, I added a second workout to my day, making sure that I demolished whatever muscles I was working on that day. I'm always sore going into my 2nd workout, but pushing through it seems to be paying off. I'm nowhere near as big as Mr. Coronato, but I've put on a decent amount of size since I've started 2a days.
This is from this morning's shoulder workout. Starting to get vascular on the traps, so that had me excited. haha.

Yeah, I superset all of my workouts. So I do 10 reps of each exercise and then repeat 10 times. Just for simplifying the logging of it, I put 10x10.
In the afternoon I do 5 supersets.

Yes sir. Monday thru Friday anyway. Saturday is my day off. And then Sunday is usually some ab work. Occasionally Sunday is an off day too.. just depends on what went down Saturday night. haha

Felt good to be back at 105 on the curls. I could feel it in my arm where I had previously pulled something, but it wasn't bad. Dropped the weight in the am, but held thru in the pm. Working my way back into it.
Also.. Forgot to mention on previous days. Plate weighted situps were done (10x10) on Mon & Tues as well (PM).

Grip strength started lacking in the am on the heavy shrugs.. definitely a work in progress, but happy with the new PR
