      Sticking to the Program

Currently working with John Gaglione leading up until BOB3. Just recently, I had my best total to date, June 18th, 2035 in sleeves.

The goal is 2100 at BOB3 242. I always had an issue following a program. Would end up going off plan after a few weeks to attempt a one rep max.

Body feels great and am really looking forward to doing a full meet with the best around.

I will be working out 3 days a week. Logging each workout here. Check out my progress over the next 8 weeks.

Starting this prep with a, 725 squat in sleeves, 550 bench, 775 dead lift.

Thanks killa. At the rate your going, you'll hit 950 before I hit 800. 😂😩

I'm basically doing that same thing with trying to walk around high 240s to minimize the weight cut. Cutting from 260 is very doable, but as you know, it's a pain in the butt and seeing as how we have to fly in, I don't think either one of us wants to be facing a big cut.

That 725 triple was ridiculous! And I'm doing db bench twice a week right now. No barbell benching yet. As far as the meet, I'd be happy with an 854 pull or so.
