Thanks brother. For awhile now the weights have been taking way more than they are giving, so I am considering stepping away from them.
Stay Safe.
Stepping away for good or just a break???? We've already lost 5 or 6 of the original boys.
I always liked posting here cause I could quickly reference a previous workout and get a pic with my phone to check throughout a training session to make sure I'm surpassing the previous training session.

I'll probably never quit, it's too much fun being stronger than all of these young punks out there. ;)
But I need to come up with a new game plan. I'm just not recovering as quickly anymore.
Stay Strong!!

I'd really like to get a treadmill for some steady state low cardio. Was always a favorite for some quick post-training cardio or to burn off some booze/extra cals from the weekend first thing in the AM.
Everyone around me is either into the biking thing or jogs around the neighborhood. Meh, not too high on either plus I hate having to stop to talk to neighbors when trying to get a sweat in, LOL! I'm too friendly; especially, if they're cute =)
