      Thanks, my best is 515 and I'm gunning for 525 for my 55th birthday in a month.

      Yes, Amon Amarth, Meshuggah, Rammstein, Testament, etc... are some of my favorites.

      I'm going to start using straps on the top work sets to keep things symmetrical and prevent twisting on the lower back.
