Hello Everyone,
I am about 220 Pounds (about 100 KG) and my height is 6,4 Feet about ( 193 CM ) i have about total body fat 18~20%
I Have those supplements and i am taking all those supplements because i am not into eating much because i digest food a little bit slowly and i feel full all the time and because i am tall i need a lot of calories and proteins so i have to go through all of this
Mass gainer
Whey protein
Hydro builder
Casein
Creatine
ZMA
Glutamine
BCAA 2:1:1
Nitric Oxide
amino hydro blast
Animal Flex
Animal pack
Animal Stak
Animal M Stak
Animal Test
Fish Oil 1200MG/ 360 Omega 3
Liver Care
And i am thinking to add Liver X to the Collection !
I am Going through a serious Bulking Phase and
I don't care much about fat gaining
I just need to increase my total muscular size
My Issue is the Following ~!
First
I am planning to take Mass Gainer But i don't know if it is ok to take those protein with it or not !
As i Take Whey Protein in the morning and i take Hydro Builder after training and i take Casein before sleeping !
Second
it is preferable to take ZMA before bed on an empty stomach but i take Casein which makes me full for a while i don't know what to do about that !
I take Glutamine on an empty stomach in the morning to increase growth hormone and recovery and i take BCAA 3 Times a day and i don't think there is any issue with those 2 !
Third
The Animal Stuff Pack and Flex is not big deal
but Animal Stack Test And M Stack is my biggest issue
I read many suggestion saying i should Take Stak + Test for 42 Days then Stop and Take M Stak ! My Question here Can i take the 3 Together !? Stak, Test, M Stak ? Because i heard that M Stak is very good at building lean muscles and Stak and Test are very good at Testosterone boosting so i can benefit from the whole thing as i am bulking right now
And Can i take N.O. Nitric Oxide with in all those stuff as i am also loading Creatine those days ! My issue is that i should take the Animal Stak about an hour before training and the animal test about 30 min before training also N.O. Should be taken 30 Min before training and i will be taking Creatine also .. I am afraid that Mixing all those stuff might cause me some issues So please Give me all your opinions about that i appreciate them all
Other thing Should i go and get Liver X or Liver Care is enough ! I am not taking Steroids or anything so any suggestions ?
And i appreciate any other Suggestions about the Supplements and Routine ! Also if there is any Training Schedule i can follow for mass gaining i will be happy to know that !
